I bought a skullshaver platinum it was ok for nearly a year then the shaver would only charge 35% . I contacted skullshaver and they asked me to send it in because it had a 2 year guarantee. They replaced with another one . Then another year had passed and I have the same problem. It would only charge up to 35%. They would not change it but wanted £99.99 to take an extended warranty then replace . They know there is a problem but won't own up to it . I declined the offer and know I am going to buy one of the cheaper shavers that has a lifetime guarantee. If skullshaver had any confidence in there shaver they would give a lifetime guarantee. Obviously i have been scammed by an inferior shaver . I will not waste any more money on the skullshaver series . You think if you pay over the odds for something that it would be good !! I will not be wasting my money on skullshaver again . IF I WAS ANY OFF YOU GUYS I WOULD NOT EITHER.

Complete joke company, i purchased the pitbull platinum and after no longer then 1 year of minimal usage, once or twice a month, The product turned itself on while on the charger in the middle of the night and continuesly ran untill the battery and handle was so hot it would probably catch on fire if it continued any longer. I had to break it open and cut the wire to the battery and throw the whole thing out which i contacted support about and they told me if you just spend another 40 euro for a new head on the already spent 200 euro initial cost, we will replace the handle for you for free. Is this even legal?

Dopo aver toccato con mano la scarsissima qualità del tagliacapelli Pitbull Silver Pro (materiale scadente ed estremamente fragile, motore che s'inceppa continuamente) non riuscivo a spiegarmi il fatto che le recensioni sulla pagina ufficiale del prodotto fossero tutte positive col massimo dei voti, oltre che ben poco realistiche. Semplice: sono fasulle. Ho provato infatti a lasciare la mia, per forza di cose negativa, e non è mai stata pubblicata. Questa è una truffa bella e buona che andrebbe perseguita legalmente.

The product works well, it has a long battery life. The cons are that the blades need to be replaced frequently. The biggest flop though is non-existing customer support and unclear warranty/return policy. I exchanged about 7 emails already, trying to claim the warranty and I always receive an answer from AI bot, replying to different questions that I asked.

This item is truly made like crap!! The part that you would hold on to is made of cheap plastic. My husband opened it up and didn’t even finish his head and it broke. They need to make this skull shaver with more durable material like metal off some sort of, maybe titanium especially when you pay the price that they want for it. I returned my skull shaver gold pro and never received a confirmation or a replacement. I feel like they have horrible communication. Also the main thing is….. They have a customer service number but it doesn’t even work!! Horrible please be aware of this company!! POOR SERVICE

Der Pitbull Platinum PRO Kopf- und Gesicht Rasierer ist deutlich teurer und überzeugt für diesen Preis nicht. Als Vergleich habe ich den BOLD SHAVER Glatzenrasierer ebenfalls genutzt. Die 150€ Unterschied sind nicht wirklich wahrnehmbar. Wer Seine/ oder Ihre Glatze rasieren will, nimmt bitte nicht dieses Produkt. Die Leistung der Rasur ist anfangs sehr gut, aber nimmt bei einer täglichen Anwendung rapierend ab. Gebt das Geld lieber für für andere Versuche aus.
