My massage was very good, but I'm so annoyed that Skin Spa doesn't accept credit card tips. They have an atm, which charges $2 or $3 on top of what your bank charges you. Would go back if they allowed tipping on credit cards.

I am fortunate to have relatively stable skin, but it does dry a bit in the winter (and I'd love smaller pores, but what can ya do?). Anyway, my friend and I wanted to have a fun girls' day so we booked facials at Skin Spa. Amazing. What a perfect end to a long week. It was so refreshing, yet calming. I can't speak for all skin types, but I found the whole process to be great: exfoliating, extracting, cleansing, moisturizing...whatever that amazing magician was doing - it was all fantastic and my skin looked refreshed and awesome afterwards. Also, since my friend had never been to Skin Spa before, we went with the promotion that took 50% off both of our appointments. I believe it's only running in February, but what a great deal! I would definitely recommend!

While trying to reserve an appt online, for a massage I became frustrated, so I called the Soho location and voiced my problem to the receptionist. She immediately sympathized with me and made sure to get me an appt that was convenient for me (and offered to put me on the wait list if another appt became available sooner) I really appreciate GOOD customer service, and I wish I had gotten her name; I know I was just calling to book an appt, but I had alredy called three other SkinSpa locations that afternoon, and none of them were as accommodating and flexible with me as this one. I will be back, especially for a massage wth Sarah; she is also AMAZING.

I had a crop up of acne after a stressful few weeks of work, Vanessa coaxed them out over the course of a 1 hour facial, and my skin was completely restored. Would highly recommend, the products line is also the real deal.

I usually get the Time Eraser which is extraction of blackheads, a skin peel followed by Laser Genesis which helps build collagen. Then I bought 6 Laser Genesis. I have been going to the midtown location for about a year and a half (the one on 44th St.). The office is very chic and the rooms are very soothing, with ever so soft new age music in the background. I'm not going to reveal the name of my facialist as I want to keep her all to myself...lol!

I think the customer service is horrible. They double booked me for the same aesthetician and when I arrived there they just apologized and offered me 10 percent off the next service. No consideration for time

From when you walk thru the doors to the end of your service this Spa is great, pleasant atmosphere, immaculate, well organized.
