3.5 stars They're okay. It depends on which person does the particular service, so once you find someone who's good at waxing or massage or facials, stick with them. They market products and services too heavily at times, when you're in a massage and just want to relax. The decor in the individual rooms could be more zen, less spartan, but they are always clean. And the music, the music could so easily be changed to a nice atmospheric rotation. It boggles my mind they've been playing the same songs for years. Scheduling is usually easy and importantly, there is slways some promotion going on. Their packages are great, you really do walk out saving. It makes no sense to me though that they don't allow you to give one of your package services to someone else. To me that's just obvious. If my friend likes it, she's telling her friends and coming back. And I already paid for the service anyway, so...what's the problem? What does skinspa lose? Yeah, so reception can be too snooty and persnickety at times.

Kira was really nice but the wax was subpar. Lots of hair still there after i had the chance to shower and review.

Skin Spa used to be awesome years ago. Now they just try to get you in and out fast.

The first time I went, my facial was wonderful. However, the technician for my second facial popped my pimples and left permanent scarring on my chin. She should have known to perform extractions only on pores, and not on pimples.

Masseuse was super friendly and courteous, and the deep tissue was okay (not that deep, but very relaxing). The only issue was the receptionist! She was exceptionally rude and also did not know how to give directions to find the office OR unlock the door downstairs. Even her instructions on how to find the bathroom were confusing. @Skin Spa, consider hiring a more competent receptionist because it leaves a bad taste in the customer's mouth and unfortunately influences tipping.
