Great product. Beats the expensive weight loss protocols around. Instead of having a doctor charge me thousands of dollars, I ordered this protocol and followed the suggested diet. I also bought a scale to weight myself. The scale also tells you your hydration percentage, BMI, heart rate, visceral fats. This helps with the following up and learning how what you ate impacted your weight. This is my 15th day and I have lost about 12 pounds. I am going for the 40 days and then the reset. This stuff really works. My only beef is with the stoppers, the markers are so faint I can hardly see them. It would be appreciated if you guys would fix this issue with your stoppers..
