Best product and weight loss plan. Simple to follow and extremely effective. It works and I felt great the entire way through reduce phase.

I lost 12lbs pretty quickly then put 5lbs back on during the Maintain phase. Then started a second round and lost 3lbs right away and then I've been stuck there. So only net 10lbs weight loss for two rounds. Admittedly, halfway through the second Reduce phase I switched up the food a bit more as I was so sick of chicken breast and white fish. I am allergic to shellfish so that was not an option for me. Nevertheless, it seems that even if I lose using the Reduce it just comes right back.

I’m on day 22. I’ve lost 10 pounds . I feel great. I’m going to day 40. Will do retrain. Possibly try for a grand total of 25 pounds. Yes it’s a strict program. You cannot argue about the terrific results. They speak for themselves!! Thank you Skinny Up!! Especially for all your support!!

This program definitely works! I'm a 53 yr old woman, with the slowest metabolism ever! I was thin and fit most of my life, but the menopausal pounds have been creeping on the past few years. I started on 1/9/22 at 154.2 lbs, and today (2/1), I hit 138.2 - that's 16 pounds gone in 25 days!

My order arrived quicker than I expected! Thank you! I am losing 1lb per day except for the day my grandson spent the day. Looking back the following day I understood why.I popped a few blueberries in my mouth as I made his lunch.Then I enjoyed all the peanut butter left on the spoon after making his sandwich.It wasn't so bad, I just remained the same weight the following day. But I am back on track! The journal really helps me be aware of all my actions. Im on my 10th day and enjoying the results!

To date I have list six pounds in eight days so the program has been successful. I wasn’t aware however when I ordered the Skinny drops I was to also use additional drops so I have not been using them

This is my first time ordering Skinny Up and they made it convenient for me to purchase with their payment arrangement. I haven't tried the product yet but looking forward to beginning this process. I have a weight goal to lose and hopefully, I will reach my goal.
