I enjoy the various options that are offered by SkillSucess. The courses seem countless and the ability to take them on your schedule is spot on. I recently experienced an issue with my account and initiated a complaint. The complaint was addressed with a solution and agreement within a couple of hours. I was shocked, you will not receive that type of customer service anywhere. Thank you keep up the good work.

This is a Scam I was charged for services I never used, tried to cancel my subscription but unfortunately there is no subscription in my account, nothing to cancel but I m being charged for an annual fee.

I reached out to the company about adjusting my price due to a current promotion that they’re offering new customers. They quickly answered my inquiry. While they weren’t able to do what I wanted, they were very helpful in coming up with a creative solution.

This review is for a single purchase and not their $15/mo subscription. I had purchased a coding class that was a bit dated and I couldn't download the resources required for the class. I had also purchased this as part of a package deal, so I got 5 classes for the price of 1. Disappointed by my first attempt at a class, I reached out to support to ask for a refund or exchange. Joanne from their support team saved the customer experience. Joanne quickly offered me any other 5 classes of my choice. Today I woke up to 5 new classes on 5 different subjects, which I feel gives me the most value for my money. The only reason I won't give them 5 full stars is because the content team has a bit of work to do filtering old content out (and a lot of short material that should be on YouTube and not this platform). But nonetheless, I'm getting good value for money and excellent support. They seem to be on the right track here.

People, my experience with Skill success is pretty good. Any time you need their help they are ready to and even when I engaged the cancellation subscription with refund I received the refund in a few days. Thanks to skill success support.

FRAUDS! SCAM!! DO NOT ever subscribe. They continue to charge even after you cancel. It is never ending. I even have a confirmation email that it was cancelled. SCAM BEWARE!

I was in need of making adjustments to my account but couldn't access for some reason. Turns out I had mispelled my email address when creating the account - Maia helped me get the the bottom of the issue with patience and grace. Much appreciated - GREAT customer service!
