Skills Success has a limited supply of classes in many subjects. I signed up for a year tried a few classes then I waited to see if anything of interest might develop within the year and nothing materialized. I could not find anything on the site that allowed me to cancel so I thought at the end of my subscription it would cancel automatically. Instead I received a charge of approximately $150 on July 2. I contacted them immediately requesting cancellation. I was given the steps to follow on the site to cancel with a promotion to continue my subscription with $75 toward my next sub. Why would I want a discount on my next subscription if I’m requesting to cancel this current subscription. I was told by Skill Success that cancellation is only available for the first subscription and I should go ahead and enjoy this renewed subscription for the next year. This company is clearly hard up for subscribers and they have no confidence in the value of their product. I would advise anyone thinking about this company to pass it by.

Terrible site no way of cancelling after 2 free months. Now says I have paid for an annual subscription I did not even ask for this no reply to emails just a we will get back to you 24-72 hours

I've tried to cancel the subscription after accepting a 2 months free learning and have been trying to cancel ever since. I cancelled twice, and got an email back saying my skill success payment has failed, I did not apply to subscribe yet. A fraud. Hopefully, I can cancel the subscription but I'm very disappointed. What a fraud! DO NOT FALL FOR THESE SCAMMERS. Luckily for me I gave them an old card with no funds in it and they have been trying to take that money out every day and for more than 4 times a day. They waste everyone's time and have a very bad communication system. Even the replies towards the feedback here sound so robotic and automated. DISGUSTING!

I signed up for the 7.00 a month special and it clearly stated that I would not lose the discount and then they charged my account 15.00. Do not believe what they tell you. There was no warning or email from them in which a price change would happen.

Horrible. I cancelled my subscription when they announced a price increase. Their advertisement said they would never increase the subscription price, but they did. After I requested a cancellation, they confirmed that my subscription was cancelled and that I would not be charged again. Then… they charged me for the next month!!! DON’T CONSIDER SUBSCRIBING!!

Great courses for work and hobby. Easy-to-understand operation and excellent tutors pass on their specialist knowledge here. For these reasons, Skill Success is my training platform of choice.

This company took money out of my bank account for their subscription renewal, its impossible to cancel it and they refuse to give me my money back?? I'm going to have allow them to steal from me every year? The customer service doesn't do anything, basically they deal with it. Apparently they're UNABLE to give a refund??? BS
