Stars because the customer service was a 4.5 star service. I did not have to wait forever for my late night study session to get a rep for technical help, to access my lessons. Grace was helpful service rep. Unfortunately, the site itself seems to always need a reboot from a rep every single time I sign in (in the last month I have made the purchase of this class). Hence, the loss of some stars from my rating.

I claimed a 2 month trial for Skill Success via my Sweatcoin app. I was asked for my name, email and banking details and input all that correctly. Afterwards I got an email with an invoice but when I then tried to log into the website to start a course, suddenly the same website that I signed up with all the details above says that there's no account associated with my email. What kind of nonsense is that? You take my banking details and suddenly you don't know who I am. I've written an email to both Sweatcoin's support and that of Skill Success. I will not take this lying down and expect a response soon. At this point, I just want my subscription cancelled... I haven't started any course yet and this issue has already left a sour taste in my mouth. Pathetic! EDIT 14/5/22: Suppoet finally got back to me after my email to them and a DM to their Instagram account. While I'm happy that the issue was resolved, I don't appreciate the repetetive attempts to make me reconsider cancelling my membership... Luckily I was aware that would happen because of other users who mentioned the same thing happening to them. I've cancelled successfully and basically, I won't be rejoining anytime soon. Hopefully my ongoing trial will change my mind if the courses are good and the interface is less laggy than it is currently.

It's not terrible, but the quality of the courses is very hit and miss. Some of the courses are really bad. However Skill Success only publishes reviews of courses that are 5 stars. So most courses either show as 5 stars or as unrated. This means finding the gems can be really hard. It is very deceptive, and because of this I will not be renewing. It is a pity as there are some great courses too.
