Was very helpful and clear in problem solving the issue.

This company is FRAUD AND THEFT BY DECEPTION upon trying to cancel. BUYER AND SUBSCRIBER BEWARE! This is the situation. September 15, 2021 I signed up for ONE YEAR of the access. We stopped using this early in 2022 and the subscription remained dormant/inactive. September 15, 2022 I received an alert of a $150 charge with NO PRIOR NOTIFICATION of a recurring charge that would be processed or a subscription renewal. NOT AN EMAIL, PHONE CALL< NOTHING that would alert a customer that they will be charged again (any reputable business alerts customers days to weeks before a subscription charge to alert them to update their account and make changes if needed). Upon receiving the alert I IMMEDIATELY emailed the company to cancel the renewal and refund the subscription, I was told that was not possible. I immediately put a dispute in with my credit card company and SKILLSUCCESS said that I NEVER CANCELLED the policy. upon reaching out to skill success, I was told that they would extend my subscription but not give me my money back. If I am cancelling because it does not work for my remaining homeschool student, then why in the world would I want an extra year? THIS COMPANY RUNS BY DECEPTION! As a homeschool family who is on a very tight budget with rising costs of living, this will NEVER EVER EVER be a company I recommend - if you have money in your budget for online courses, try STUDY.com or some other platform. RUN FAR AND FAST BEFORE PUTTING YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO INTO THIS COMPANY'S WEBSITE!!!!!!

I absolutely love Skill Success. The value from what I get from the courses is phenomenal. You would spend thousands of dollars anywhere as to get this information. Also the customer service wonderful. Whether its via email or phone, they are polite, knowledgeable and quick in answering an questions you have. Continue to keep up the great work! Other companies need to follow your lead.

I want to express my appreciation to the company and especially to the instructor, Josh! The videos are not perfect but they are very easy to understand and are divided into chunks that are, I'd say more manageable compared to others I've watched related to coding. Kudos to you!

The course was a great start for understanding Agile - Scrum Management. I strongly suggest that you take the time to sit down and finish it in one setting.

Today(Oct 2, 2022) I had $150 removed from my account for the yearly cost. I am a disabled Veteran with memory issues and on a limited income. When I saw it I reached out only a few hours after the funds where removed to cancel. I was advised they could not refund the money. Customers should be first. I never received an email letting me know the payment was even coming up. Also,it was removed today and I never used the services. I had great reviews for them until this happened. October 24th 2022 - I raised my review from 1 to 4 stars as the company actually did reach out and fixed the issue right away and refunded the money I didn't give it 5 stars only due to notification process could be better.

The annual subscription scam is a rib off on people who don't remember there's an annual subscription after a year; and especially when most of these video are useless or very basic stuffs that you no longer want to login to use in last 9 months and probably fade out you have such purchased.... Now suddenly pops up a $150 charge! You cancel it and the transaction haven't even go thru...but they said they can't refund you once charged!? If a product not work for you, you notify them immediately and they said can't refund, what do you feel? This is a plot scam that they can make money on people who could possibly forget due to not used often! If that's a product not work for customer, they should understand and not using excuse because of the subscription. I can understand they don't refund on last year since it's already been used, but not refund for something that you haven't even used? Do you think that's a right way to treat customer?

I encountered a technical issue to which I brought to the school's attention; the issue was immediately resolved by them going above and beyond what I had expected hence why I deem them to be a 5 star ranking organization. I am now enjoying their course.
