There was a bit of back and forth, which didn't take long, and my situation was resolved. The staff was friendly and very efficient. Great work!

Hi! Thanks for the feedback! We'd like to clarify that your request for a refund is already outside of our money-back guarantee guidelines. Also, despite that fact, we have given you a refund as a one-time courtesy on the same day you requested it. We will definitely appreciate it if you share all the details when you leave a review. Best of luck in your learning journey!
