I purchased a watch from Skagen approximately a year and a half ago. During this time, the crown broke after only 6 months! I was forced to pay $35.00 to get it replaced by Skagen themselves! Then, less than a year later, the Crown broke again. I am extremely dissatisfied and will never buy a watch from them again. Very poor quality - I recommend you shop for a watch somewhere else.

I purchased a smartwatch. 2 months later it broke, I returned for repair and they sent it back. The next day it broke again, I returned, again have never seen my watch again. They said that they did not receive it. THEN, they said that they sent it back to me. I never received it back and they will not issue me a refund AT ALL and are stalling on giving me a credit until Fed-ex can verify the tot was delivered.. This has been since MARCH. OMG THis company SUCKS

Today I dealt with horrendous customer service. I will soon be taking my business elsewhere if my problem isn't resolved. I made several calls and not one person has been of assistance so I waited three hours on the live chat (with a queue of only 2 people, mind you) and got Sheyne. Sheyne couldn't answer any of my questions so he/she rudely left the chat. I was being polite and as patient as possible with 3 plus hours of waiting. He/she kept asking questions that I already previously stated and wasn't listening at all. I even sent screenshots of the email I received and typed the entire promo code disclaimer. Sheyne shouldn't be working in customer service. I need help with a 20% promo code that came in an email directly from the Skagen website for signing up for the emails. It was 20% off a full-price, non smart watch valid 10/25/2020-11/02/2020. The chat person had no idea about this code 478599. If ANYONE signs up for the emails, they'll receive the same exact code I did. I'm trying to purchase the full-price Anita three-hand blue leather watch that is $125. If any of the people whether on the phone or Sheyne on the chat could have just ordered the watch for me and manually reduced the price by 20% or gave me a new promo code, there would be no issues. Hours of my day today were wasted. I already DM'd you so please respond there. I am extremely frustrated with the service I received today.

I've been buying Skagen watches for over 15 years. We love them the quality. However, when I went to make a purchase yesterday on the website, I kept getting error messages that said to call customer service. Waited on hold for 10 minutes, then on the line with a useless customer service agent for over 30 minutes. Only to be told that they're going to look into it and get back to me within an hour. Here we are in the next day, still no call. So I reached out to them on Twitter. They told me to send them a DM, but their DMs are disabled. So they fixed that, and reached out to me on Twitter, so I told them the problem. No answer. Now today, I pinged back for response. And all I keep getting as a reply is "how can we help you?". Seriously the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time.

I bought a Skagen watch on sale. It stopped working within one month. I sent it in for repair. They lost it. They tell me they do not have the model in stock. I can see the same model for sale on line. Then they told me I will have to pay more for the price increase. It has been since July 5, 2020 when I sent the watch in for repair. One person said I will have to wait until the repair department gets the watch in stock which may be the end of November.

I purchased a Falster 2 approximately 6 months ago and the magnet fell out of the strap. Sent it for repairs, as still well under warranty and shockingly they've billed me £72! Their reason "The strap isn't included in the warranty!" Just unacceptable, won't buy one of their products again.
