Oh dear. Item apparently dispatched 19 December and not here. No tracking details. Sent email yesterday, no response. Called at 13:03 today and chose option to not lose place in queue and receive a call back. Call back at 14:33. Tracking details now provided. Was due for UPS delivery 24th but stuck due to border issues. Nothing from Skagen or on their website to provide advice about this. Their website also shows a UK address but orders do not come from there. I did not look for Skagen on Trustpilot before ordering as their marketing is so good it never occurred may be an issue. Misleading having a UK address showing! UPDATE 04.01.2021: Item received and is very nice

I bought a smartwatch from Skagen the strap was too small and I tried to find on their page to return and I couldn't and sent and email and the sent me link to print return label this is from 2 of December and I sent another email and asking if they received the watch and say yes 5 of December until now I did not hear nothing from them I sent a few emails but no answer it is a disgraceful for the size of this company and all new tech we have in this day . Never again

Wont respond to email not got my refund after nearly a month since return

I love Skagen watches. I have bought a couple in the past, and bought one this year for my husband for Christmas. I called on the 22nd to make sure It would get here on time. I paid for expedited shipping with my order and the customer service rep assured me it would be here for the holiday. I called today on the 24th because I still hadn’t gotten a shipping notification, and the customer service rep told me it was out of stock and would “probably be cancelled”. Nothing he could do, and if I replaced the item with something else it still would not get here for Christmas. I was not notified about this at all and now do not have a present to give him. Will never buy from this company again.

A week ago ordered a watch for my wife as a Christmas present. Checked to make sure everything is okay only to be told my order was cancelled. Horrible Customer service, Horrible website! Stay away!

Ordered 4/12, they changed the postcode on their order to Liverpool, I’m in Scotland, finally found tracking info in junk folder from fossil and UPS, delivery attempted in Manchester, item now returning to Germany. Wow!!!!!

The watch I have is cheap tat, that shouldn't make it into a Christmas cracker. They have an 85% bad rating on this website and I am adding to that. 2 of the numerical markers on the dial have fallen off and are trapped under the glass (crystal). I notified their customer service desk - automated reply with a number. I asked their customer service desk, if they'd like me to send a photo. Another automated reply with a new reference number. I tried a different address they provided. Another automated response with yet another reference number I thought I'd phone them up - shut at the weekends No issues like this with my 25 year old Cartier !!
