I was surprised when I received the hormone kit that I would not be going to a nearby lab to have my blood drawn as has been my experience with other companies. I made sure my husband was with me when I did the blood draw with the help of Eni online. She was great-very patient and clear in her directions. The blood draw went smoothly, but I was relieved to have my husband there to help. It is important to carefully read the directions before the virtual session and to organize all the materials to be used. On the Raena website it would have been helpful to know that the blood draw does not take place at a lab.
