Everything went smoothly and fast. I liked how the company informed you of every step. From letting you know when your kit is coming to when it gets to the lab. My assessment was informative. Worth doing this twice a year.

I really like the concept of the at home testing. The report leaves a lot to be desired though. This really doesn’t give you the clear recommendations I was hoping for. There are some in each category but when I paid for the additional assessment I was expecting a summary report of some sort with recommendations as a whole based on all the categories (like diet,supplements, etc). Instead I found myself picking through a report and doing a lot of notes and googling.

Emilija was very thorough in her explanation of the procedure. She was friendly, professional, and patient. I am very glad that I didn't try to do this on my own because she made the process easier.
