I was able to get my sample fairly easily! Yay. When I follow ALL Siphox's instructions about the draw, then I am successful. Well, I made a few mistakes in the beginning, I gradually figured out that I really had to read every detail. For example, cold pack needs to be refrigerated, not frozen. I needed to be well hydrated. I needed to perform multiple jumping jacks and squats to get warm. And then I discovered that if I placed the device a little more frontal on my arm, it misses the area where I have more subcutaneous fat and it works better. So now that I know all of the ways that I can get the best sample, I look forward to doing this in another 6 to 8 weeks to see if I've improved my overall numbers through diet and exercise. It's a happy work in progress!
