Easy to do quick and fast results

I highly recommend connecting with an assistant to aid you through collecting blood for a home blood test. I didn't do that the first time and had to reorder another test. Anna is the young woman that helped me this time and talked me through it. She was pleasant and helpful, and answered my questions explaining everything clearly. And this time, with her help and expertise, the blood sample was done right!

Being the first time drawing myself, I wanted to make sure it was done correctly the first time. Ana explained all the steps up front and then walked me through each one as I did them. Because of her attention to detail, I will have more confidence for any future tests I do.

This blood test process has had me very anxious until today's call. I hope the test is accepted this time because it was so much easier with someone walking me through it. Taking a shower and really moving around helped...I believe. And, I had been embarrassed not having done it right the first 2 times...and I was put at ease on the call.
