I found out about Siphox online and immediately went for it. Upon purchase, they have a free consultation with a blood collection expert. I opted for that and met Divya. She guided me through the process thoroughly and when my first sample was rejected (because of shipping - folks in Canada, mail in your sample to UPS only!), she got me a replacement kit right away. The customer service has been phenomenal and I'm going to be testing with Siphox long term (I just wish it was more affordable here in Canada)

I had a very good experience with my first Siphox test. It was easy to take the sample and mail it in. My results came in about a week’s time and were very close to the results of my blood draw from the week prior. Their results interface is nice and easy to understand. I like that their panels include hormone levels, which my standard annual blood draws don’t.

As a whole SiPhox does everything they say they will and they do it well. They got me my test kit fast (to Canada), processed the results quickly, and updated my online portal with the results that same day providing valuable insights into my biomarkers. I've gone with 4 stars simply because I found the way they laid out the membership pricing to be a bit confusing, resulting in me being charged more than I initially expected. However, after talking with support, they went above and beyond to make it right and rectify what was ultimately my misunderstanding, not their mistake. If you're looking at the membership option and understand how the pricing works, you should have no concerns. SiPhox will deliver a great service and provide you with valuable insights to your biomarkers.

Second time trying this company. Same result - they rejected my sample again. Except this time I took a picture of it before mailing, so I could have proof that it was done perfectly. They claimed the sample was rejected due to “hemolysis” without any additional information. It seems they just charge money and reject samples so they don't actually have to provide any service. I’ve received a notice that they are trying to get my review deleted. That speaks volumes.

Easy process. Quick turnaround.

This home blood test is SO easy & I love the dashboard showing what areas need improvement. I believe everyone should do this minimum twice a year to stay on top of changes because we can make a difference through diet, nutrition & lifestyle!

The testing was easy and I was happy with the turnaround time of my results. Included in my subscription was the Libre CGM which is not compatible with the Canadian App so it was useless. I contacted Siphox and they said they would look into it and keep me up to date with the outcome - that was in April and I still haven’t heard anything! I finally received my Canadian comparable CGM and it works perfect.

Following discussions with them, they offered me a hormonal test that corresponded to my needs. I then subscribed to the membership to finally be told that this test is not in a subscription. For a week I tried to settle the situation with Siphox to cancel my subscription and replace it with the hormonal test only and impossible to get follow-ups. 1-2 weeks after, the problem was solve and since now I’ve got a great customer service.
