Superbly responsive company and customer service. I am really happy with the price of this product, which is hugely less expensive than getting blood tests through my local hospital - and the kit that arrives as well as the help you can access 'live' and by appointment is excellent. Even before I bought a subscription, I had a quick zoom call to make sure I was getting the right package. I'm excited to use Siphox as part of my health and wellness journey.

Colin and his team are amazing. Very easy to deal with, very professional and compassionate. SIPHOX offers a great product at very competitive prices. Great choice for Canadians who really care about their health but can't get their doctor to order these tests. SIPHOX is a great company with a top notch reputation. Highly recommend.

Amazing service on all front!

I have order 2 kits over the last 2 years. First kit I was able to draw flawlessly and get results quickly. Second kit I had issues with and the team was very supportive with getting me a Replacement Kit for free and also letting me know this service is HSA eligible, which I somehow totally missed during purchasing of the product.

Excellent customer service. I was not happy with the finger prick method and was thinking of dropping out. A customer service rep told me of a new method of blood collection and was able to get it in the mail to me the same day. I am very pleased with this 5 star customer care.
