SIONYXReviews of sionyx.com

Great product and great customer service.

I absolutely love SiOnyx. They have great customer service and support. I had an issue with the SiOnyx I.R Illuminator and was sent another no questions asked. The Aurora is amazing as well, weapon mounting isn't an issue at all. I look forward to spending more of my hard earned cash on another Aurora for NV Helmet set up. Sionyx I will be here to watch you grow and look forward to future innovation!!!!!

The device worked better than expected, and it met all of my needs. I would like it if some accessories were not from foreign vendors and had to be shipped overseas. I did have to inquire to customer service about an accessory I purchased that was never sent, they gave me a refund of my money and sent me one for free and it was on my doorstep in two days. I recommend SiOnyx very highly for their customer service and quality of product

Great service. Thank you!

Very nice design. Clean user interface. Delivers as night vision but closer to Gen 1+ rather than Gen 2 or 3: in a moonless night with little to no light, it really struggles against a proper Gen 2 or Gen 2+. Overall, product is great, and a good companion for most uses. I wish the lens barrel was made out of metal or more heavy duty material like a pro camera lens. Overall 7.5 to 8 over 10

First off shipping was great and fast. Customer service also replied within minutes and let me know my order status. I got the Sionyx Aurora and picatinny mount. The Aurora is amazing and does just as they say and show. I do recommend an ir illuminator to go with it (streamlight is good). Only thing I didnt like was the camera mou ted behind my red dot was a hair low but still works well. 100% satisfied I reccomend sionyx best for the money.

Great communication and wonderful business to work with. Highly recommend these guys!

Each interaction I have had with Sionyx has have very good. Their response was very fast and helpful each time. I would give their customer service an a+.
