I received my pro prior to the expected delivery date which was very nice. The "pelican-like" case it comes in is a real plus. Not only does it save it during transit, but a great way to store my Sionyx when not in use.

The communications started well but became confusing. There was a wait for clearance through customs, but this apparently cleared early, and then I was asked for feedback without yet receiving the product. On you website to download documents, a popup tells you to click the link below to download the PDF. There is/was no link provided, so testing in the field required a cell/WiFi connection. A more controlled supply chain and communications would up your star level.

Nice quality and features but it is only really useful for close in use. At distance the picture is very grainy. For the money I was hoping for more.

This is my first intro to any type of night vision and I have to say I am happy with my purchase so far. It has met all my expectations to this point. Being I have only limited experience, I am giving it a 4 star. If it holds up and continues to perform as expected, I will come back and up it to 5.

Great experience with the sionyx staff and the aurora pro is Phenomenal!! I would recommend anyone and everyone to get one! I love the recording feature and the fact that you can switch the settings from day to twilight to night. Does amazing with an IR Illuminator!! Amazing product with amazing service from sionyx. Will purchase more from them
