The aurora Camera I ordered does not read any of the SD cards I’ve bought for it.Nor am I able to find the device via the app

Wish I had not wasted 1200.00 dollars on this product!

I bought my sionyx aurora last year, it has an amazing picture but after roughly 5 months or so the camera started glitching and the screen would start acting up, yesterday I plugged the camera in after using it and now the camera will not turn on, while plugged in the green light flashes but never goes to solid. I feel after spending $800 the camera should last more than 1 year. I have searched everywhere online and on the companys website for some answers to the problem with no luck. The picture quality is fantastic but not the quality of the camera

Upon purchase of your explorer pro kit for almost $1,200 I think there is a problem with the sensor or processor in the digital night vision device. It doesn't even work at all in various light conditions low light and near moonless, darkness. It has a very grainy picture. With the IR illuminator it works great. However, there's no night vision without use of IR illuminator.

The IR light that came with camera does not work. I called to aksed but no one answered and did not get back to me although I left my number.

I called so many time to help on my LR light I order and my camra but no one ever call me back on help me on my product. Finally I give up ..!

I would not consider the Sionyx camera a night vision device. I tried it and could not see anything, They sent me a IR flashlight to compensate for the cameras lack of night vision capabilities. I guess you get what you pay for in some cases. If you truly want night vision look at spending allot more, This seems to be a relatively nice camera but is not in any sense a night vision device.

There was a rebate deal associated with my purchase, but nothing was provided as to how it would be awarded. After repeated attempts to contact Sionyx, I was provided an on-line link that was non-functional. Repeated reports of this have been ignored. Additionally, when l've reported the camera is worthless as a rifle scope because it doesn't focus, all I've been sent is a link to operating instructions that offer no solution. So, not only do I have a thousand dollar camera that won't focus, the company won't even stand good for its promised rebate. Have recommended to others to steer clear of this questionable company!
