Sionyx Black deal with rebate, sort of.
I purchased a Sionyx Black deal in late October. It was real expensive but they had a rebate program running and I took the plunge. The unit has a small FOV but the results were still pretty impressive and I wasn't sorry for the purchase. About 3 days after I received the device my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer. When things settled down just a bit and I remembered about the rebate it had ended the week before. I contacted the company and asked for a little leeway on the date. No reply at all. Mind you, they contacted me daily during the period I was considering purchasing it. They were very responsive to sell the things, no so much after that. I would give the device 3 stars, mostly due to the short battery time and difficulty of charging the second battery. i give the company 1 star for pure greed and lack of compassion. Knowing what I now know about them and my current financial situation, I would not make this purchase again. Sure could have used that rebate
