Awesome service. When I had a problem with a new build they sent me an overnight call tag and had it fixed the next day and sent it overnight back to me. They had great communication throughout the whole process.

I've been very happy with my purchase of a NUC11TNHI5HL from SimplyNUC. The website is very organized, and online NUC configuration options plentiful and easy to follow. In my case the NUC that I originally purchased was on-back order due to the lack of supply these days. It was easy to contact a sales team member and we worked together to come up with an extremely similar NUC that could be delivered quickly. They kept me updated via email updates on progress and I received the new machine in 5 days! I had multiple discussions with the Sales team and they were always professional, helpful and friendly. And of course the NUC is working great. I'd definitely purchase from SimplyNUC again!

After placing my order I received no update on the status (not one). I had to wait to hear from Fedex that my order was sitting at customs and awaiting payment to clear. I had already prepaid SimplyNUC Duties and Taxes, however 1 month later I am still receiving Payment Due Notifications from Fedex for the amount SimplyNUC has apparently not paid. I was also told repeatedly by the SimplyNUC team that they were sorry for the inconvenience they've caused and would like to help make things right. I still haven't received an update on how they're going to do that.

I ordered two configurations for a performance test system of a server application - the customization was easy and the computers work great. The only room for improvement is that i could not find a direct link for the added hardware (for drivers) Wasn’t a big deal to find them, but as the order experience was so great and the machines are awesome, this would not be a big task to make the whole experience flawless.

The product arrived in a timely manner and it is exactly what I needed.

Customer service was great. They gave me great updates on my order even with supply chain delays. I can understand delays but communication is key. The follow-up to make sure I got the product was fantastic to ensure they met my needs. I appreciate the individual attention.
