We regularly order from SimplyNUC and have never been disappointed whether its standard Intel NUCs, the SimplyNuc Ruby, or NUC accessories.

Unit comes with a Mic that doesn't work. Also says up to 7.1 audio. Tried updating and reinstalling drivers but that did not resolve the problem. Tried reaching the chat support but it was always busy and I was told to leave my email address and they would get back to me. Nobody ever did.

Service was great. Understandably delivery took some time due to supply chain issues and my need for a high end graphics card, but they kept in touch and made the experience easy and a pleasure.

Disclaimer first, our company is a small startup, I can understand hesitancy to deal with us as the $$ isn't going to happen fast. When I requested a sample computer, something I was told they do, my request was rejected. It was rejected because our company has a P.O. box not a physical building. Our company was started during Covid, we are completely virtual. So rather than consider things may be changing in the world, they just denied us. We had to buy and return, no big we did, but it was odd that customer service was so rigid, especially since we have experience with them (we have bought from them previously). I then requested the life cycle of the computer that we were interested in (the one we bought and returned), I was told we must sign an NDA to get that kind of information. I find this odd, you can't tell me how long you will be selling a product without my company signing an NDA. Historically I have worked with SimplyNUC, they were always great... something has changed. Customer service is not what it used to be. I used to feel like they wanted to work with anyone, this most recent experience it seems like they have grown past that.
