They are the worst company ever. No customer service help.

The worst company EVER EVER….EVER It was one of the worst experience it literally took six days out my life just to transfer my number to another carrier all they need to do is release the port to my other carrier. They also told me that I have my zip code associated with my account is incorrect how is that possible when I pay my bill the zip code associated with my card is the same. I’ve live in this town for 30 years how is my zip code incorrect. They send you one a runaround, I ended up changing my number I had for a while they were acting like it was a social security number. Simple mobile is not a company you want to waste your money they had my husband paying $81 just for his line alone and he is disputing this now don’t waste your money metro pcs may suck but they are not as dense as Simple mobile….

The absolute WORST customer service!!! They don't have email and half the time they use bots to answer their chat. If you call by phone they only give you a few options and if you have other questions it will just hang up on you. They scheduled a call back so I could get refunded and they never called me back. I cancelled my auto reup plan and they still charged me the last month. This company is SO FRUSTRATING and their website barely works.

People you been want don't sign up with simple mobile company, they are no good customer service is rubbish and no good. Thier website is stupid,please don't sign up wit them you going to regret it.

Simple mobile plan is the most stupidest thing I've ever purchased with my money. Tell me why it takes 5 hours after I've paid my phone bill before my phone becomes active again, and they will hang up the phone when you try to talk to them ??

I have had an issue everything I buy a hotspot add on card. I go to the store, and purchase the card, and when I enter the pin, it says invalid number. I call customer support everyone, and ask them what is going on. They say that the card was not properly scanned, even after a representative of target told them it had been bought and scanned. They have zero interest to fix an ongoing problem, and just pass the buck. I asked to have the problem kept record on file, and nope... worst customer service possible.

My phone randomly stopped working while I had SimpleMoblie. I called SimpleMobile customer service and it kept cutting off while I was trying to go through the steps. When I finally got to talk with a representative they kept on telling me fixing it would only take 2 minutes again and again for at least 40 minutes. When they finally found out what was wrong they said my phone wasn't compatible with SimpleMobile. I went back to the store I bought it from to get help from the owner. He told me it was weird they said it wasn't compatible because it was a SimpleMobile BRANDED PHONE. He called them and it never cut out ONCE. Then they told HIM it was because my account was inactive because I took out the Sim card. I never did that. Then they said the problem couldn't be fixed and we had to buy a new Sim card. They didn't even offer to cover the cost for mistakes on THEIR PART. I think they pulled a Wells Fargo on me. Absolutely horrible would only recommend to my worst enemy.

Would give this company 0 stars if I could!! Unlimited plan and at 20 gb throttled so bad cannot even send a payment! Does not deliver! Run don't walk away from this service!
