They lied and said there was service in…
They lied and said there was service in my area and then after hours on the phone with them they said there were no towers near my house and I had to go with a Verizon provider. Since I had no cellular service I was unable to get any phone call verification or text messages and they constantly need verification in order to proceed with each step so it was a catch 22 (I had to borrow a family members phone to do all of these phone call conversations). Later when I wanted to switch to a Verizon provider they are now holding my phone number hostage until I can call them and tell them I want to transfer my phone number to the provider who actually has service in my area. Simple Mobile has just been a complete nightmare to deal with, non-stop mis-information about the service they provide and I continually feel like they hold me hostage because I don't have cellular service from them in my area, but NEED cellular service in order to do anything! I was told on the phone I can text them "NTP" in order to get a number transfer pin so I can transfer my phone number to somewhere else, but I texted them this and they replied they do not recognize me as a customer. So now I will have to spend time calling them AGAIN, I feel like I have been on the phone with this company NON STOP trying to resolve issues...
