I guess I should I checked here before going with simple Mobile it probably would have saved me a headache. Anyway today my phone was moving really slow and I had been buying a 15 gig data plan but my internet's messed up right now my home internet and it's costing me to blow through a lot of data so I went on to simple Mobile and I paid for the truly unlimited plan. I told the plan to go ahead and kick in today cuz I wanted the data and it did change my due date but it didn't bother to reset the data. So now I've paid $50 and I'm in the exact same position I was before and I went to customer service at simple Mobile and was told after an hour and 12 minutes that because none of the other options they tried (so knowingly wasting my time) but I had to have a second phone number to fix my problem and if I don't have that second number there's nothing they could do for me! I am old unmarried and due to being an ex addict I don't have any friends I had to leave them in the past! Well simple Mobile did not care that I could not get a second phone number without purchasing a second phone they literally told me without a second number I can't help you. I was pleading with her to try to get her to speak to a manager or figure out another option but she didn't care she just said is there anything else I can help you with and hung up on me she didn't fix my problem she just left me in the exact same position with no recourse. On top of that they wouldn't refund it they said all we don't offer refunds on service I was like what about service that isn't working? Still no refund I'm just screwed they completely don't care

Not so simple to use. Should have named it complicatedmobile. Everything is soo slow. And still cant figure out how to reup. So much stress. Im done

Was with you guys 2 years I try port out you give me wrong ntp an account numbers for 4 days then turn my business line off an to port out now I have to give you guys 100 to get my lines ported out big money grab but I'm finally out if this last company for service I'd have no service

The SimpleMobile "My App" is programmed to be fraudulent on data refills: $ 5 purchase = 2 GB refill. $10 purchase = 2 GB refill. $20 purchase = 2 GB refill. It has been that way for months. They never fix it. Logically you should only purchase $5 of data at a time.

I had a feeling they were scamming me and inflating my actual data usage. Switched carriers, using my phone off wifi even MORE than I was while with Simple Mobile. Have barely used the same amount of data. BEWARE they will say you are using wifi but will still take data.

Worst customer experience I ever had. I tried to set my card up. Simple mobile took hours out of my time. Tried every way to set it up. Even worse on chat. Simple mobile sent me customer service 188. I could not call with no data. I sent a chat saying I couldn’t call them they said they understood and would send me a portal and call me in 15 min. I never got the call. Later 11 o’clock at night still can’t figure it out. If I could give this company a 0 out of 10 I would!

This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I called more than 15 times, and each time I was transferred back and fourth to the same departments. When I finally got through to someone, EVERYTIME the call magically dropped.

Terrible customer service. Good luck trying to call their 1-800 number. No one is helpful, it’s all automated. My online login would never work, they put me on a monthly renewal program for my mobile hotspot for my business. After not ever being able to talk to someone on the phone I finally had to have my credit card company dispute cancelling services and change my credit card. Terrible company, avoid them, even if they “seem” to have lower prices. You get what you pay for.
