5 Day without Phone Service, Messages Service, Data/Internet Service / Can Not make calls or receive calls, Can Not send or receive Messages, Can Not access the Internet. Many Phone Calls, Many STUPID Virtual Assistant prompts, many "Client/Service Reps" telling me to turn the phone Off/On again...Take the SIM Card Out/In again...hours on another phone trying to fix the problem(s)...the they tell me to get a NEW SIM Card...that will take from 3 - 5 days without service!

This is worst company ever!!!! They suck they lie and cannot fix issues. They don't add data when you purchase additional if anyone does that they will notice how fast it runs out. They are never applying the amount of data they are saying. I watched account to see data increase it never did.

Horrible customer service. I highly wouldn’t recommend. Make extra transactions on your card will never get a refund !

The simple mobile Hotspot was hacked and they have no security department to investigate, and pathetic customer service is in the Philippines. The Hotspot is going in the trash, as should Simple Mobile.

I was with them for over 8 years I would never recommend them to anyone. You do not get connections in some areas, I have a $32 plan and use my home data almost every day because I'm home on the 11th of the month is when my payment is due by the 5 or the other month my data runs out because they want me to buy more data they are a scam so I switch to mint mobile and get more data and pay less $25 per Month and get 20gb while simple mobile gave 10 for $32 I did have their $45 plan then I downgrade to $32 because having the $45 plan I always used my home wifi so I downgrade to $32 plan and even then I should never use up all that data but the criminals find ways to finish my data from the 17th of the month to the 5th of the following month so I get tired of that garbage and switch to mint mobile where I pay less and get more data. Not to mention 3 months for $15 unlimited to sign up after 3 months $25 for 20GB or $30 for unlimited

Simple mobile gives away the number without even telling you and now that I’m trying to get a new one they are saying I need a new SIM card the same one that THEY GAVE ME this company is terrible

I redeemed my points online for Amazon gift card, and I haven't received any email confirmation, so I called customer service, and the guy didn't even help me he said it's expired already. his name was Jerry, and I asked him to transfer me to manager so I could talk to him but he said I'm sorry but I can't. And now I don't have my 10100 point. I've been with them maybe 5 years already.
