Great service! They made the overwhelming process a lot simpler. The staff is helpful and friendly, and they seem knowledgeable - always got back to me fairly quickly. I love that there is an optional add-on to include an immigration law firm review - so worth it for the peace of mind. I will 100% be coming back for my naturalization process, and would recommend their service to anyone - as it is a very anxiety-inducing process otherwise.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Simple Citizen and the outstanding job they do.. and Shelby and Razia who were so very pleasant and helpful. They made the Visa application process so much easier for my lovely bride and stepson, both Mexican citizens, having entered the US on a student Visa 6 years ago. We first called some private attorneys referred by friends of ours who have gone through the Visa process, and found the legal rates to be mind blowing. While the Visa application process is lengthy and time consuming, Simple Citizen held our hand the whole way, and has always been super responsive and clear with their responses and guidance. I used simple citizen to apply for my marriage based green card. I had a wonderful experience. The website is easily set up- you answer questionnaires and provide copies of your documentation. The team then populates the uscis forms and arranges the documents in the order uscis requires it be submitted in. Anytime I had a question, I picked up the phone gave them a call and they were very responsive in addressing any and/all questions. I felt like I could apply with confidence and like I had the support I needed. I will add that my case was a pretty cut and dry case. Highly recommend if you’re not looking to pay for a lawyer but do want some assistance in filing your green card paperwork. Totally worth the money.

I started my marriage visa process in April 2020, so pretty much right when the pandemic started. I had to send in the papers quickly, as I wasn't able to leave as flights were cancelled and boarders shut down. My husband and I planned to marry that year, but I was supposed to go back, and then we start the process in each country, now we did it together in the US. Simpelcitizen was incredibly understandable, helpful, sent me all papers swiftly, was always available per chat and even call for urgent questions, and were in general incredibly helpful, and I am so thankful I had their help during this. We thought to do the paper stuff alone at first, but were incredibly overwhelmed. Simplecitizen took this fear away and was with us all the way. Their interface is easy to understand, questions make sense and are simple, and if you don't understand something, you can always contact them. To us, it's incredibly helpful. We did not have a lawyer during our interviews, etc. We just had Simplecitizen, and they were more helpful than I imagined they could be. Thank you very much!

I can’t believe I got my green card through marriage after 9 months (usually I heard people wait 2+ years). It’s amazing how simple this process was. I always had a lot of questions and I would always get an answer on every question. Definitely would recommend it instead of using lawyers!
