I am just continuing with them for the sole reason that I have already paid for their service and for having allotted months of my time gathering and preparing documents to upload into their software. I am currently still awaiting for my application packet to be sent to me, and at this time I’m just completely over the whole thing. I just want to be able to send in my application to USCIS already! I have already contemplated switching to Boundless Immigration, but doing so would cost me even more and I probably will be going through the same process all over again which I really don’t want to go through again. My main issue with them is their “review” of your application is not given to you in one single feedback but is instead given to you one by one, week after week, prolonging the whole process. Every time that I think that I am close to having my application ready to be shipped to me, they always have a new feedback for you that needs to be updated on your application yet again. I totally understand that they do want to review your application to make sure that everything is correct, but it’s just taking so long and I have just gotten very impatient by this time.
