Application was difficult to understand in places. Support was great. The attorney completed their review of our application in 15 days rather than the promised 10. Overall it helped us organize and understand the process, although we may have chosen Boundless, a cheaper but possibly easier service, if we had to do it over again.

Overall really great platform to get everything you need. Quick response are great, although I have gotten few mixed answers.

Everything good. The only downside is they take a long time to answer an email with questions.

I used SimpleCitizen for my I-485 status change from a J-1 scholar visa. (I picked SimpleCitizen among all the available options based on reading reviews.) Prior to using SimpleCitizen I wanted to do it on my own, but it was taking too much time. Compared to pushing forward 5 pages after a month on my own, Simple Citizen helped me accomplished 400 pages after a couple weeks. My application was accepted by USCIS with no problem, and I just barely got my green card in the mail two weeks ago. I would've given it 5 stars, but there were a few little hiccups during the application filling process. SimpleCitizen works like CreditCarma or TurboTax where you just fill in information as prompted and a nicely-filled form would be spit out by the software, and all you need to do is then send it in the mail. Generally speaking, Simplecitizen provide enough information to help me roll through the applications. However, there're a few questions where the promptings they provided were not clear enough for me to know what was being asked. I used customer service a lot and exchanged quite a few emails with them to clarify what information was being asked from me. They were pretty fast in responding to all of my questions; however, I did find inconsistencies between the customer services personnel (different people giving different answers to the same questions, etc). Also, I found them really lacking email etiquette (I often felt like I was talking to a bunch of teenagers in a party instead of customer service personnel from whom I'd expect certain level of etiquette). Still, I got my answers so maybe I'm too old-school to expect them to be more polite. Compared with how much hassle my husband and I were dealing with when we were doing it on our own, we both agreed that using SimpleCitizen was well worth it. If I were to start all over again, I would choose SimpleCitizen again.

We are so lucky to have found Simple Citizen and recommend them to everyone that could possibly benefit from their service. They truly simplify a stupidly complicated system. The only reason I don’t give five stars is because we did have some delayed responses to emails when time was of the essence. I think that as they expand, this problem will no longer matter as they get more personnel.

Everything seems helpless because we did not know how to fill up all those forms needed. But there's Simple Citizen, all you need is answer all questions. Upload some documents and voila! They print all the forms for you, and mail it to you. Not to mention the attorney's feedbacks, and the agents whom you could ask everything about your application. Totally a life saver!
