I got to know about simple citizen while trying to fill out my i485 I was so skeptical at first but after reading so many great reviews I thought to give it a try and the service was simply amazing, easy and a money saver Because lawyers would have charged way more for the same service. They were always there to answer my questions in a timely manner And an attorney also reviewed my files and made lots of corrections I wouldn’t have been able to spot myself. They organized all the forms and also printed everything out, all I did was just to sign include the check and passport photographs and that was it. I got my green under 8 months. I will recommend this to anyone who needs to fill out there immigration forms.

I wanted to file my green card application through marriage and was looking at attorneys initially. Attorneys was asking for a bank so I decided to do my application myself, printed all the forms then started going through it. Then I came across Simple Citizen from a YouTuber. Initially, I didn't believe its legit then researched to know they are not only legit but very good at what they do. Their online portal was very simple and understanding for anyone. There was an informative chat where you can ask questions then they usually respond within a day and the chat stores all your conversation. They were patient and kind which I loved the most. Also, they were very informative giving straight answers to all my questions. Once my application was complete, they organized so nice and shipped it to me. All I Had to do is sign, write check, attach passport photos and ship. Choosing simple citizen was one of the wisest successful decision I made.

Matt and his team are a gift from heaven. These USCIS processes are extremely frustrating and very expensive, nothing will help aid those 2 fundamental concerns better than SC. Their world-class service, process guidance, and support were invaluable, but they chose to be extremely affordable. These few factors made SimpleCitizen the best choice we made. We could never have imagined doing this without them (we feel bad for friends that paid insane lawyer fees for no reason). Even when the process got frustrating and overwhelming SC helped to simplify, clarify and direct us through the bureaucracy and minefield that is the GC process. Thank you, SimpleCitizen!

They're kind and ready to answer any question. We went back and forth many times with various details and they helped every time. I took a long time trying to decide whether to use a lawyer, D.I.Y or another agency but glad I picked these guys. Its a bonus having an expert you can go back to for questions. I wish their system had something for the second process with the consolidate and all that but they said they would help every step of the way for the next step. Worth $400 for peace of mind.
