From the first interaction to applying for the license to getting scheduled for a ceremony was all very flawless and no stress. Madison was so amazing she was prompt and gave the option for us to do own vows or go right to I do. All around great experience and very professional and proficient.

I was skeptical at first because they don't list a phone number to call for support, but Katherine responded to my emails very fast and answered all of my anxiety ridden questions. We had issues due to our situation and my groom missed the ceremony. Madison, was super professional and very understanding. They have really tried to accommodate us in every way possible.

The ceremony went great my wife and i couldnt be happier we were able to get married in Italy at her family’s house they have had for about 200 years so it was really special and the officiant was amazing as well. The biggest issue we had was we wanted the recording of the ceremony as it was in Italy and apparently the administration “lost” the recording. When asked to have it sent over they sent me someone else's twice before telling me sorry nothing we can do. That was extremely disappointing. We were offered a do over ceremony but are already back home and offered nothing else as compensation. Super upset about that but nothing we can do
