hands down Simple Citizen is the best. They are very responsive. I had so many questions and they were able to provide me a feedback right away. i am highly impressed about SimpleCitizen helping me in gathering the most important documents to submit to the USCIS and also helping me to get acceptance from the USCIS because most of my friends who chose other means of submitting their application were rejected over 3 consecutive times. Simplecitizen literally did everything and mailed to me and all i had to do was to sign and mail to the USCIS...I would recommend to everyone who wants to apply for a marriage based green card to use their services. Losa did a great job helping me , she helped answered all questions i had except she was slow in answering at the latter part of the process which i wasn't happy about... the mail package i had from SIMPLECITIZEN ready to be mailed to USCIS was awesome.. they did great in packaging everything so well and i actually think they charge pretty less for their services..
