SimpleCitizen was so helpful with my entire process and I 100% recommend it to everyone!

Return customer- always a great experience. And the discount for returning is nice too. we used them for our adjustment of status and now for our removal of conditions. The interface makes it really easy but it’s the customer service and ability to ask questions that makes this worth it. Love the look over from the lawyer and they put together the packet so nicely. That being said please know that you still have to be involved in providing information and context about your case, ask your questions- they have the answers! Everyone’s situation is unique so to get the most out of this experience read the tip sheets they and the USCIS provide about your form and do your research.

I can't rave enough about the service I received by the good people at Simple Citizen. McKay, Razia, the lawyers and the whole team are incredible... but the real star of the show was Shelby. I don't know if I could have gone through this process without her! She is there every step of the way, knowledgeable, quick to respond, always ready to help. She reassured me through this stressful process and talked me off a ledge a few times. I am so grateful for the wonderful service I received. I would recommend this company a million times over! Application for green card could be really stressful especially when both you and your partner are very busy with your work already. I'm so glad that we used SimpleCitizen. It was very easy to fill up the online application using their system. Didn't have to download so many forms from different places. Tyler was really responsive and helpful through out the process. I would highly recommend simplecitizen if you are applying for a green card. I had a great experience from start to end. They lead you step by step. The team is super patient and answers all the questions promptly and efficiently. We had very little time so our case was prioritized and expedited which we really appreciated. Every team member was friendly and very personal. I was %100 satisfied with the service.

SimpleCitizen makes everything simple, just as the name says. Initially I was skeptical of applying for a green card with online help as I had never heard or had any experience working with legal applications online. After going over the SimpleCitizen website, I wanted to give it a try due to all the positive reviews. I loved the fact that you can chat with them for free and ask questions! My first point of contact with SimpleCitizen was Razia. She was simply super helpful. I had so many questions regarding process, reviews, fees, etc. I might have reached out to her with many questions maybe a whole week. Her replies were very concise, detailed, and super helpful every time! Due to her great customer service, I decided to go ahead and start my application. Once my documents and application were started, Losa reached out to me to help me complete my package. She was super helpful, professional, and answered many other questions I had. I did mess up some information/attachments a couple times when my application was finalized. I did reach out to Losa, and she took the time to redo those parts and help me fix and finalize the application package. I never at a single point felt uncomfortable or hurried to complete my application. When I received my package from SimpleCitizen that was prepared to send to USCIS, it was very professionally shipped, and the quality of the print/documents/packet was great! In fact, I don’t think I would have printed and arranged everything as well as SimpleCitizen did. This service is worth the money, 100%!
