SilverSinglesReviews of silversingles.com

No way to get real human contact with anyone on Silver Singles to ask some questions. Their Help and Customer Support pages only answer FAQ. There is no contact phone number. Appalling. Membership is a rip-off. Don’t use.

Renewal was due but I went to the site and cancelled membership. This resulted in an email saying that I had to pay for another year as I had not given notice of cancellation! They then tried to take payment anyway but thankfully I'd cancelled authorisation. Got an email asking me to settle my 'outstanding debt'. No reminder at all about impending renewal. -- with reference to the response from Silver Singles below: I HAD cancelled my subscription. You will also note that they do not explain why they don't send out reminders. Draw your own conclusions.

I'd rate them zero stars, if I could. I signed up for Premium service with Silver Singles back in January. At first, I connected with a few people, who all turned out to be fake profiles, constantly changing phone numbers, etc. After just a short time, I logged in to cancel my premium membership. Later, I kept getting notices about automatic renewal; however, when I logged into the site, I could see my cancellation. THEN they started contacting me trying to collect for my premium renewal, and made it incumbent upon me to prove I'd cancelled earlier. Of course, they nixed my ability to access the site to prove this. Now, they are threatening to sue me and ruin my credit rating. Please steer clear! This is not a reputable site, and is run by people who have no discernable ethics.

Silver singles scam, I was a member of this dating site and one of the dating matches for me was a girl named Kei with seven pictures. The next dating match for me was is the same girl with a different name but the same seven pictures. Some tech-support person definitely messed that up, I would call that a scam. I of course canceled my subscription. 07,09,2022

I paid $131.00 for a six month membership, inorder to communicate with members I was sent as matches. After 4 weeks. 1 responded. Matches sent could not have been further from accurate. I also received over 45 messages from total scammers. I don't recommend this site.

Forever answering pointless questions

Totally full of scammers. An absolute waste of time and money.

SCAM - on hold for 30 min on phone - cannot get out. DO NOT do it.
