I couldnt figure out the weighting system on matches. Suggested matches may only have 3 brief 1 word answers answers and yet they were rated as 80-99% match, when only 1 word listed actually matched my profile. Then there was 1 that matched nearly completely and both of our profiles were fully completed- scary but awesome st the same time. And for that i have a million thank-yous. The screening for distances, ages has a lot to be desired. Perhaps a warning email about the different scam approaches would be helpful abd also the process of notifying you all when they pop up. On the average i had 3-4 daily whivh i deleted on receipt and then about 8 hrs later i get the warning email.

Please watch up for this site! I signed up only for a month to try out and at the end of the month didn't plan to continue, however, they have an auto renew in place and took £69 from my bank without my knowledge. Customer care were very dismissive and unhelpful.

you have a woman sjc 71 i know her and she is major bi polor all her comments are dreams or just lies should be taken off this site its sad that a man will try to connect with her and both of them will get hurt! but im told you cant take her off its not fair to normal people! also most of my picks are too far away at my age i cannot be driving that far

Since joining perhaps 6 months ago I have documented 60+ scam encounters and that was before I realized exactly how to report, In addition, I set specific age/ethnicity/location parameters. There were far too many that were significantly outside of the details I provided. It was easy to see that the pattern of syntax and details in the scams was almost identical in each message. Disappointed in the service; not for me. Hope others don't/will not have the same experience. Harsh review? Perhaps, I am the exception.

This site cannot be trusted. They send me a 50% discount offer , only to charge me in full ! and when I am calling and emailing to cancel and withdraw: customer service does not exist-hold over 2 hrs on phone no answer...will file complaints with prper authorities to take them down. Stay away from this site. Not trustworthy

It has been barely a week since I joined SS and I’ve received about a dozen messages from scammers and SS mucked around with my photos (all innocent and above board profile shots). I called customer service and spoke to a very nice young man who said SS is trying to work on better security to catch scammers. Right after that call I got 2 more scam messages. He explained the photo mess up as a system problem SS is trying to work on. I paid for premium membership but the experience has been bottom of the barrel. I would have rated the experience lower but this system won’t allow it.

Silver Singles it’s about too many scammers… they are the all time scammer!!! They don’t have people who are looking to date!! Worried about someone looking for money from you? When you give SS your money you have already been scammed!!! Don’t waste your money or time
