(update: they wanted do delete my negative review) Last communication is down and numbers are not real!
Follow leaders and match portfolio automatic, the % profit the leader has, your portfolio does not make. when you look at the leader stats it looks good and then you follow. your following portfolio does nothing, it even makes a loss and shrimpy says the leader is making a profit. there where also 3 chats for questions and explanation en updates on what's to come, they just close all of them. way to go. i paid for a service and the number are a lie, the community communication is now shut down. I'm out! Keep your money and don't go near shrimpy. UPDATE: after half a year without a reply or anything, i got an email from trustpilot that i got 3 days to give my shrimpy order confirmation with reference number or they will delete my review. i found the email on the 3rd day, so i was lucky enough to reply on time. i send my order confirmation, but shrimpy does not even give the costumer a reference number. It is surprising to find out that trustpilot and shrimpy are actively trying to delete negative reviews. i not shocked that shrimpy would try this, but i didn't expect it from trustpilot. If you do want to have verified reviews, give the people more than 3 days to answer.

Hello there! We were only trying to find you in our system and were unable to do so. We have to use Trustpilot's system to get that information though unfortunately they did not provide it to us at this time anyways so I am unable to find you in our system. That being said, without being able to look at your account I am not sure what would have been the issue with your leader/following issue unless the leader was trading off of Shrimpy or something along those lines. It is hard to say without being able to look.
