Shower Bay is an outstanding product. It was shipped quickly and had it within a week of our order. It was easy to assemble, and meets all of our needs. Russell provided us with outstanding support. For our situation, it was a much better option than spending $10K on installing a shower on our main floor.

I am so glad we decided to purchase the shower bay for my mother. It was easy to put together and use. My mother was smiling ear to ear the very first use. It's made life easier for both us, in just the first week of installing. If you're looking for a great solution without a full remodel, this is certainly it!

The shower unit is easy to assemble with two people. If you are really strong you can do it yourself. The video is very helpful for visual learners. The user manual is very thorough. This is a great product for those who need to make modifications so their loved one can enjoy a refreshing shower.

THIS SHOWER IS EVERYTHING PROMISED. MY HUSBAND HAS MS AND IS STILL ABLE TO GET AROUND BUT NEEDS HELP ON TAKING A SHOWER DUE TO MOBILITY ISSUES. THIS ALLOWS ME THE SPACE FOR A SHOWER CHAIR AND THE ROOM I NEED TO HELP HIM SHOWER. THE SHOWER IS VERY EASY TO ASSEMBLE AND OPERATE PLUS THE BONUS OF BEING WELL BUILT. WE CHOSE THIS SHOWER DUE TO ISSUES WE FACED PUTTING IN WALK IN TUB OR SHOWER. WE WOULD HAVE NEEDED TO DO SOME MAJOR RECONSTRUCTION IN OUR HOME. THIS SHOWER ALLOWED US TO HAVE THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS. ALSO, I KNOW THIS WOULD BE EXCELLENT CHOICE FOR WHEELCHAIR PATIENT DUE TO SIZE AND EASE OF ACCESS.

Great shower. Its so well packaged that its easier to assemble it than it is to unbox it! All of the parts seem to be well made. No problems so far...

Excellently designed product! Everything works as advertised! Their customer support is great! Russell was readily available to answer all of our questions. Our room size did not have enough space for the ramp, so we use it without the ramp. My wife rolls up to the front in her electric wheelchair, stands up, turns around and sits on a shower chair. To help my wife stand and turn around we attached 2 suction cup grab bars to the inside wall of the Shower Bay. The wall surface is very smooth, so the suction cups grip firmly. The shower head hose is very flexible, so does not whip around like some shower head hoses do.The shower head holder can conveniently be moved to any of the 3 walls The walls are too high for our daughter to reach over and down far enough to help with the bathing, so we intermittently close/open the doors, so as to allow our daughter to help bathe her thru the open front, carefully directing the spray away from the door opening, thus avoiding having water on the floor outside the Shower Bay. The drain system still works well with the door open. We highly recommend Shower Bay!!
