Very well made! Good shower water pressure and pump drain works well. Looks nice too! Would like a larger option for more space inside for a helper. Overall wonderful solution for showering without doing a construction project.

I am really happy with the shower purchase and my mom was very excited when she was able to have a real shower after months of only having a sponge bath. Thank you Russell for the advice and help with a chair purchase.

We had a great experience with Russell and Shower Bay. He spoke to our plumber and explained how to set up the shower prior to our order. It made the experience easier for us. It fit nicely in a first floor utility room. It has been a major improvement in my Mom's life.

it is a great item to have for our family member who cant move well and needs assistance with showering. Very easy to assemble and use. Care giver loves how safe it now is to bathe our family member. Give us peace of mind and makes everybody happy.

Wonderful shower. Unlike some of the showers that are basically PVC pipe and heavy-duty tarps, this one is very stable, and there are no potential tripping hazards. It comes in three pieces and requires assembly, but the assembly is not difficult.

Shower Bay was everything it was advertised to be. It has made bathing so much easier. It was so easy to assemble and use. There is no problem getting the wheel chair in and out. This was an all around win, we are all pleased. I would recommend to friends and family with similar needs.
