Shower BayReviews of showerbay.com

Shower chair was not shipped with shower and we had to call to get it sent later, delaying the use of the unit by 10 days.

Used for my Mother in law who was paralyzed after brain surgery. Was a lifesaver as we had no other way to shower her. Found a great used one on a whim and now would like to return the favor as we have no use for it anymore. Located in Milwaukee WI SOLD! But seriously, I had people reach out all across the US and wished I had units to sell to all of them. Purchase one of these - you will not regret it!

Great solution for my 91 year old Mother. She had been using a transfer slide to get a shower, but hated it. I currently live in NC, and my mother lives in Aptos, CA. The delivery date for the shower was over a week out and I was going to visit for a week only. I reached out to Russell at Shower Bay and he personally delivered and installed it one day after I arrived in CA. Kudos for great service

We own a Shower Bay and it is the best solution we could have prayed for. Russell from Shower Bay is such a great person to talk to. Unfortunately mom became a double amputee due to Diabetes and we did not know how mom would shower without breaking walls down. Our restroom is very small and after talking to Russell we decided to go with Shower Bay.. It fits nicely in moms room and all I can say is thank you Russell for putting our fears to rest.

This is pretty good.it works as expected

Shower Bay is a fantastic solution to our family needs. We could not remodel our home to accommodate our son who was recently disabled in a skiing accident. The Shower Bay is easy to setup and use. The Care Givers really enjoy using it with our son for his nightly shower routine. When Care Givers are not available, my wife and I are able to step in and give our son a shower. Shower Bay stayed in touched with us after we placed our order to make sure everything was working well. The customer experience we received from Shower Bay was top-notch. I would highly recommend Shower Bay to anyone who wants to provide a family member with a safe and efficient shower system when they cannot remodel their home.

My nephew who helped install the shower bay wished he had invented it. Made well and easy to install. Excellent service when asking questions about shower bay and ordering.

Great buying experience with Russell. He went the extra mile with our family in providing information and options we had. It arrived on schedule, went together very easy in less than an hour. This is a great product for anyone going thru these life changing times. Thank you !!!
