The Shower Bay unit has been great. Full disclosure. We ended up buying our unit second hand. The company was extremely helpful when we were shopping for something to help with the care of our parents who did not have a way to bathe on the main floor of their house. We did purchase a shower chair from Shower Bay and it works very well with the shower enclosure. I am impressed with the design and operation of the system. Basically plug and play. Everything is well thought out and just works.

The Shower Bay works very well. We did have a switch the kitchen faucet so it would work with Shower Bay hookup. That was a little inconvenient, but well worth it. This shower unit offered us an option to an expensive bathroom remodel or the installation of a unit to get upstairs to our second story. It is a good choice for us and works well in our home. We were impressed with the level of customer service. We had a great conversation with Russell who wanted to be certain that the Shower Bay would work well for us. The concern shown was appreciated. We would buy the Shower Bay again. It is much better than any of the other portable shore options.

We have been using the Shower Bay shower for my mother for over 2 years. It has worked great for us and the customer support and responsiveness is second to none.

My wife has difficulty climbing stairs. We enjoy our current location but only have a half bath down stairs. The options were to relocate, remodel or purchase a custom made stair lift, all very expensive options. The Shower Bay unit placed in a downstairs bedroom solved the problem. The unit was easy to install and works great. Problem solved!

This shower bay portable is excellent tool to get shower for your love ones, very easy to install anywhere in the the house, very easy to clean and never get dirty materials is high grade components, quiet operation . overall excellent and if in case you got problem the customer support is excellent with regards of any issue always problem solved quuck...excellent product more than 5 star. Worked perfectly for my wheelchair bound mother. Much cheaper than trying to install a new shower in a downstairs half bath.

I found Shower Bay just as I was about to invest in major renovations to my Mom’s house to install a walk in shower stall. The Shower Bay saved thousands of dollars and did not require physical changes to the house. It has been a game changer for us. No more risk of falling while trying to step in and out of a bath tub. Her caregivers find it very convenient to use. So happy we went with the Shower Bay.
