Excellent product and easy to assemble and use

We purchased the Shower bay for my mom who had PSP and no longer could get to the bathroom upstairs. We put the shower bay in our living room, which is next to our kitchen for easy hook up and disconnect, it is just like hooking up a portable dishwasher. From the start of ordering - Shower Bay was very knowledgeable and helpful in the process of the purchase. It was shipped and delivered in perfect condition. It was easy to install, it had all the proper instructions. And we had a person to talk to for any questions. My mom enjoyed her showers' each day and without Shower Bay we would not have achieved that goal.

Shower Bay provided the perfect solution for our family. When my elderly mother was no longer able to climb the stairs to reach the shower, we installed the Shower Bay on the first floor. It was extremely easy to assemble and we were able to wheel mom into this shower. It alleviated the danger of her having to climb the stairs and lifting her legs over the tub edge. I highly recommend this product.

Only used one time so far. Worked perfectly. Assembly was 45 minutes. Nothing difficult and, I must say, a good overall design. Don't foresee any problems.

After many years of sponge bathes I bought a Shower Bay. It has been the best item I’ve ever purchased. My first shower I did not want to get out and was in the shower for 3 hours. Well worth every penny.

After doing research to determine our options we purchased a Shower Bay for my 90 yr old Dad to use when he moved in to our home. It was a very positive decision. While living here Dad was able to safely enter and exit the shower with help. He was able to attend to almost all of his own bathing, and receive the help he did need while retaining a level of modesty. The quality of the shower itself is outstanding. It is easy to put together and take down. The materials are sturdy. The whole system is designed for ease of use. The only possible improvement I coukd suggest is some sort of noise insulation around the pump. As to the marketing and support side of our transaction, Russell was wonderful. He answered many questions and made himsekf readily available for support. I do highly recommend this product.
