Easy instructions. Set up like they said and worked perfectly. Mother-in-law loved it. Thankyou

Shop no further. Russell and company at Shower Bay are kings of the portable shower space. We just got ours 4 hours ago and 87 year old grandpa, who can't make it up the stairs to the showers, just enjoyed a hot shower in his bedroom. We watched the instructional video and had it up in less than an hour. No need to try to add a bathroom in the garage, no need for sponge baths in fact, now that we have solved the shower dilemma a lot of our concerns are eliminated. It doesn't hurt that Russell's service was also second to none. As I said, shop no further. You've found what you're looking for.

Easy to set up. Using the unit was also very simple and having the ability to shower was very much appreciated by my wife.

So impressed with Russell and the Shower Bay product. Customer Service is definitely their top priority. I have ordered a shower chair and it will arrive on Friday of this week. So plan to use it on Saturday. Thank you for helping me take care of my 96 y.o. mother !!!

Awesome product. My mother-n-law has had Alzheimer's for 9 years. The shower bay has been a game changer for us. Easy to use and very reliable. Can't say enough about the good customer service by Russell. Had a couple of minor issues over time and he bent over backwards to help us out. Not many like this left these days. Very refreshing!

From my first call, to delivery, set up and first time use....our experience was exceptional! Russell was the associate who helped me every step of the way. Customer service has been the best that I've received in a very long time! After ordering the Shower Bay, it arrived in 2 days!! My son assembled it the next day. He had a question, so he called Russell and received an immediate, easy answer. The shower was assembled quickly and easily. It even came with a dispenser for shampoo/conditioner/body wash. That was a very pleasant surprise! I purchased this Shower Bay for my 93 year Mother who just moved in with me. Since I don't have a shower on my main floor, I was struggling trying to figure out what to do. A friend of mine sent me a link to Shower Bay and it was the greatest information she could have sent me. My Mother is finding this so easy to use and she couldn't be happier. I'm thrilled at how easy it is to use. I do a quick wipe down after each use. I haven't cleaned the pump yet, but I'm sure that will be easy too. I attach one hose to my laundry room sink faucet and place the other hose in the sink for drainage. The pump is not overly noisy and it works great. This was a brilliant solution to what was a seemingly huge problem. I highly recommend Shower Bay for the convenience, quality of the product and the wonderful customer service!
