This is an amazing shower! We used it for my wife who has ALS yesterday & it worked perfectly! It was so nice for her to have a shower!!! The shower assembly instructions were easy to follow & the customer support is wonderful! Russell is who we spoke with to make the decision to purchase & he is an absolutely fantastic person! He was so helpful, concerned & wanted to make sure that this was the shower we needed for my wife! He even sent us information about ALS to help us with our decision. It was shipped quickly & packaged well! This company is what every company should aspire to be… ethical, trustworthy, and care about having a great product and grateful customers! We are very happy to have found this company. Russell was such a pleasure to work with and extremely accomodating to all our needs. Easy to put together and works great.

The unit is exactly as described. Very well made and functioned perfectly! Communication was fast and friendly, this is a great solution if you have bathroom/shower limitations. Believe me, you get what you pay for, so it's worth the investment. My 90 year old father has dementia, after his first shower I asked him how it was. He looked at me with a big smile on his face and said, "That was amazing!" Not only is the shower crucial for the obvious hygiene needs, it's also a great activity for him. As soon as he hit the shower he was "busy" getting himself clean. We are very satisfied - A++++++

Product and company are excellent in every way. We are highly impressed with both. The ability to have a great-working, easy access shower is priceless and super important to wellbeing in every way. God bless this company for all they do!

Best customer service ever! They really know their product! I had a lot of questions even after watching it on YouTube and they had all the answers! They came out, set it up and demonstrated it for me. It is an awesome shower and at a great price, saved myself several thousands dollars for a bathroom/home remodel.

My sisters said “This is a godsend”. I was not there to put it together as the Carrier was delayed a day, but was told that the instructions were simple enough to follow. Recommend two people given its size and weight. Mom is thrilled to be having regular showers in her own home. Kudos to Russ at Showerbay who provided me with so much information and guidance. Buying it on sale was also sweet. It is indeed a cause for celebration and a Happy New Year!

Other than the doors being uneven at the top and bottom. top being real noticable.. went together really nice. may end up getting one for my disabled sister inlaw.
