Shower BayReviews of showerbay.com

It was a pleasure dealing with you. The quality of the shower is excellent. It’s worth the money.

I purchased a 3-month used Shower Bay portable shower in Canada. The previous owner hired a plumber and changed the recommended hook-up to water source. I phoned Shower Bay manufacturer in California. Russell was only too glad to help. Best customer service I have experienced in years. The parts arrived so quickly and were so easy to set-up due to video forwarded to me by Russell. A top notch organization to deal with. An amazingly product.

Shower Bay has been a game changer for our family. We could not remodel our main floor to include a shower when our son was injured and paralyzed. Shower Bay allows us to use our existing floor plan to quickly and easily provide him a shower on a daily basis. The support we have received has been first class. We recently had a small part that needed replaced and Shower Bay shipped the part to us quickly so that we would not have any interruptions with our daily routine. For anyone looking for a portable shower system, Shower Bay is the one to purchase.

The shower is exactly what we needed. Our full bathrooms are upstairs and my wife hasn't been able to have a proper shower since she got home from the hospital. I even reserved a hotel room so she could shower, but she had me cancel it. This shower fits in our pantry. I put a little stepstool in there so I could help her shower. The water connection and drain hose are plenty long enough to reach our downstairs half bathroom. Easy to assemble. I had it put together in a few minutes without any help. I like how sturdy it is.

The product here is accurate and top notch

Purchased The Shower and a Nova Shower Chair, got the Shower and installed but did not get the Shower Chair. Called Russell Simkens to find out about the Shower Chair. He called the supplier and found out they failed to ship the Chair because of higher freight charge. Russell had them ship the Chair and I got it in two days at no extra cost to me. Great customer service glad I bought these items from them.

Great so far..😁

Great customer service!
