The need for the shower bay was unexpected and the response to get it to our home for the time we needed it was really great. We have been using it for a stroke patient with no mobility on one side and has made a big difference for both the patient and her caregivers.

This is a great product! Easy to assemble and operates perfectly.

So easy to put together! A great alternative to a bathroom renovation on the first floor for my mother who can’t go up stairs any longer.

We are very satified....patient did not like the loud noise of the pump...the shower itself was excellent...also patient could not shift position because of disability therefore patient's bottom could not be cleaned easily while seated. Care giver had to go under the seat with hand held shower head to clean patient bottom. Otherwise shower bay is the best alterntive for a disabled patient who does not have access to home shower (upstairs, etc).

The staff at Shower Bay provided all of the parts I needed, just as they said they would. I wouldn't hesitate to send any of My Family, Friends & Neighbours there for any of their needs.
