Shower BayReviews of showerbay.com

This is the most phenomenal product!!! So easy to put together! It took about 20 minutes and no tools were required. My mother has used it several times and it could not be more perfect. We use the lavatory sink and despite the small size of the sink it works perfectly! All of the caregivers, nurses, PT and OT people have been very impressed. The cost is affordable and so much better then going through a ver costly renovation. We are just thrilled and would wholeheartedly recommend it!!!

Health care workers suggested the renovation of a powder room to include a shower. The quotations received were exorbitant and impractical. By chance and the internet, we discovered Shower Bay. This was a simple, quick, and easy solution. Before purchasing, we read reviews, read manufacturer's claims, watched videos, and visited an installation in a private home. In conclusion, all the 5 Star reviews and the manufacturer's claims are 100% true. I highly recommend this product and the company!

Thank you so much to Russell and his sister for making such a nice product. It is a brilliant idea that was carried out perfectly in design and workmanship. I hope they do not stop here and continue to invent more products in the future.

Our Shower Bay unit has worked out wonderfully. The customer service was incredibly caring and genuinely compassionate. The shower arrived just as scheduled and the communication throughout the shipping process was great. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for these reasons: The unit is designed for a shower wheelchair, but it takes some maneuvering and practice for the caregiver to step in and around. My mother is somewhat mobile so we use a shower chair and she steps in herself. I do wish there were some sort of grab bars or a safety attachment for semi-mobile people. I have to step into the shower and hold onto her and the shower wand to keep her safe while washing her back. Also, the shower head does not stay turned to a side position, we have to put it onto the floor of the shower when she is getting in and out. These are very minor issues and we are extremely grateful to have this shower in our home. It has made it possible and desirable to move my Mom to the first level of our home. Thank you for this amazing product.

I believe this company really cares about the people that use thier products. I purchased my shower bay used through "Offer Up". The shower itself was in great condition (only used a half a dozen times). The only problem was they no longer had the attachment that hooks the hose to the sink. I spoke with an associate by the name of Russell Simpkins and told him my problem. Even though I wasnt a direct customer of thier company, I was treated as if was. He shipped me the part I needed free of charge. His only concern was that my shower bay was working properly. Now that is what I call awesome customer service. Not to mention the shower bay itself is awesome and my 91 year old mother loves it. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking into purchasing a portable shower for thier love one. Thanks Russell

The Shower Bay unit is a life saver for me! I am a full-time caregiver for my husband who can't walk anymore and has cancer. Having the Shower Bay available makes my life much easier and he is extremely happy now that he can take showers again!

The shower bay has been the perfect solution for helping my 90 year old mother to enjoy a regular bathing experience. She feels so refreshed each and every time that she uses it! The set up took less than 30 minutes.

Russell was very kind and helpful. He explained everything well, and the emails were extremely helpful.
