Very enjoyable and easy purchase. Was initially hesitant because a video view was required…however after talking to Russell I was impressed with their thoroughness and their desire to make sure their product would fit my needs. Received exactly what I thought and hoped I would. This is a great company and would highly recommend it to anyone. I’m

What a wonderful company!!! We cannot say anything but GREAT SERVICE AND A GREAT PRODUCT. Their shower is just what my paraplegic husband needed.

This shower is the best purchase I made to help me take care of my now 89 year old parent. I have used the shower twice a week for two and half years now. It’s easy to clean, a little vinegar and a wipe down after each shower. It has also held up to being assembled and disassembled multiple times. The walls and clamps are very sturdy. Recently I called to get another faucet attachment to be able to use a second bathroom and Russell still takes phone calls and is extremely helpful. Shipping was fast too.

thanks for the great service

I’ve been using my shower by Shower Bay for almost a year now and I still love it! This shower is one of the most amazing inventions my family and I have ever seen and it such confidence booster. It’s extremely lightweight and scary easy to put together. I never was the type of person who put too much thought in taking showers because it was something I did regularly and took for granted but now I absolutely love taking showers, thanks to Shower Bay. This is going to sound so corny but I am so grateful for the shower head that came with the shower because it has perfect water pressure. I’m a younger female who LOVES my hair and body products so having the perfect water pressure helps me rinse all the product out of my hair. Before I received my shower I was having sponge baths and I could never wash the product out of my hair very well which left my hair feeling and looking really greasy and nasty then I started having buildup on my scalp which makes me feel gross and embarrassed. An added bonus, I saved a fortune because I didn’t have to pay to install a chair lift to get upstairs nor pay for a bathroom remodel!! I recently had a hose break and I called Shower Bay and spoke with Russell, and WOW! That was some of the best customer service I had ever experienced. He was super sympathetic and apologetic and was adamant about getting to the bottom of what was going on so he could get me what I needed as soon as possible. He mailed out the replacement parts that day with absolutely no hassle and sent me step by step instructions. I received the parts two days later. Thank you Russell and thank Shower Bay team

Very satisfied. THANK YOU!

Everything was awesome. It was extremely rare that you would hear from the owner of the company, who was also the designer a long with his sister! Very thought out design and love the personal attention.

Russell was very responsive to all communication. Despite the storms hitting California, Russell made arrangements to have the showerbay delivered within the timeframe given and used a great shipping company. They called before arrival at the home just as they said they would. Everything went smoothly and installation was easy. The product is as shown on the website. We have it connected to the foyer bathroom and the water pressure in the shower is good. I would recommend getting the showerchair with the 4 small wheels rather than getting one with the large wheelchair wheels as the space is rather tight. I found the large back wheels take up too much space. We've only used this once so far and all has worked well. This is a great invention.
