My experience from beginning to end: I entered the required information online and received a phone call within 24 hours. Russell explained how the showrbay worked and it seem to be the perfect fit for my mom. My mom moved into our home and we only had a 1/2 bath downstairs and unfortunately she cannot climb stairs. We have a large laundry room so we decided to make it a spa/ laundry area since the waterline was accessible and the drainage would be closer than running a hose to 1/2 bath sink. Russell again, explained the hook up thoroughly. We decided to go with ShowerBay. Russell emailed tracking number and we tracked the package then received a phone call about 5 days later to arrange delivery time. My husband and son put the showerBay together in less than 30 minutes (including line water/drainage line hookup). Mom was excited to try and we were excited to see if the ShowerBay would be a good fit. It was 100% perfect. Mom uses her medical chair in the showerbay and has control of water off/on knob along with water temp. The hand held shower has an excellent water stream. The pump works great, we usually have to wipe down the shower as with any other and keep floor dry(can’t expect the pump to dry shower completely). The doors have a magnetic closure which closes securely. We’ve asks mom her opinion of shower bay and the only issue she had was standing from her medical chair due to no rail. That was a easy fix, we purchased a chair with arms. Nonslip mat and soap dispenser was also included. I will give shower Bay 5 stars and will suggest my family members to purchase one for the elders in our family. Also, you can easily reach over to assist with bathing if your family member needs assistance. Thank you Russell for everything !!! We are very pleased with our ShowerBay👍🙂

Great overall, easy to assemble

We purchased a shower bay for my mother-in-law, who recently had a major stroke and is in a wheelchair. It was very easy to set up and has been a great shower. Great easy instructions and support. Even after having it over one year, the company honored the warranty and sent us a new pump at no charge! Very great customer service, and quality product. Highly recommended.

We have had our shower bay for at least 2 years and love it! It is worth every penny. The company is so responsive and helpful. My Mom would not be able to live with me without this shower since the bathroom had no room to add a shower. It fits in her bedroom and we hook the hoses up to the adjacent bathroom sink. Also with her mobility issues I am able to position her wheelchair in front of the unit and she transfers into a shower chair. The unit has a ramp if needed also. Highly recommended

The Shower Bay was the perfect solution to helping my father in law having a working shower. His 78 and recently diagnosed with ALS, though has been a slow-progressor. We did some mini renovations and he now has a combo bath/bedroom in what used to be a dining room, and the Shower Bay is much easier than plumbing in a shower. We use the mixing valve and hook it up to a laundry-style water box with a standpipe for the drain hose. He has used it several times already with assistance from his caretaker, and it does a great job. I attached the soap dispenser with some screws because I thought the glue and sticky foam would eventually fail. As time goes by and his condition…moves along, we will make adaptations we need to allow him to continue using it. Great product!

Great purchase experience and great product! Russell responded to my initial inquiry to determine if this was a good option for our family. He provided the information I requested and also walked me through various options and considerations. He also followed up in a timely manner when we were ready to order. The shower arrived very securely packaged and instructions for setup were very easy to follow. I was surprised by the amount of water pressure at the shower head and the overall ease of use. My father-in-law is 6'3" and there is plenty of room to shower him comfortably. If you have a loved one that has limited mobility or shower options, I highly recommend the Shower Bay shower. Our CNA stated it is easier to use than the regular walk-in showers of her other clients.
